I have been a scuba diver all my life, and freediving was always something that intimidated me a little. Then I met Ale, who became my instructor for my first AIDA course. I would have never imagined that I’d become so passionate about it. Now I barely scuba dive anymore, whenever I get the chance to be in the water, I just want to hold my breath.
Ale is a fantastic instructor: calm, patient, and incredibly good at understanding each person’s individual needs. Freediving is such a personal activity, and everyone experiences it differently. Ale has a unique ability to make you feel comfortable and supported throughout your own journey.
I also completed an equalization course with him. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he teaches, and that really comes through during the course. I learned so much, and I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to take their freediving experience to the next level.
He is also an excellent underwater photographer and spearfisher, with amazing underwater stories to share.
