As a Share Equalization instructor, I teach both beginner and advanced freedivers how to develop awareness, coordination, and comfort throughout every phase of the dive. I have reached depths close to 70 meters and continue to train with a strong focus on safety and comfort.
I promote water safety, environmental awareness, and long-term progression to help divers achieve their underwater goals.
My teaching is based on a “Slow Dive” approach: building each technical component step by step, developing control and awareness before increasing depth. I believe that slowing down the process allows divers to integrate equalization, body position, breathing, and safety procedures, resulting in a controlled, comfortable, and enjoyable dive.

I have a lifelong passion for the ocean and marine life, which began in childhood, spending hours underwater in the Mediterranean Sea. I followed that passion by pursuing a career in marine biology, specializing in sustainable aquaculture and microbiology.
I have been freediving my whole life. I became a certified aida freediving instructor in 2018. Since, I have taught to hundreds of students and participated to several freediving workshops led by elite coaches. I specially would like to thank coach and athlete Federico Mana for always supporting me throughout my freediving journey. in 2023, I worked full time as a freediving instructor in Greece and was part of the safety team at the CMAS freediving world cup in Kalamata, this humbling experience has allowed me to further develop as an instructor by observing and learning from world-class freediving athletes and coaches.
